Anabela Patkoló
Violinist
An exceptional artist, she has won international competitions, performed with the Slovak Philharmonic, toured globally, and released the album Trio Patkolo – Astor Piazzolla. She leads the Patkolo Ensemble Amoroso, blending classical, jazz, and modern genres into captivating performances.
From childhood, endowed with exceptional musical talent, she excelled in numerous competitions, including the international J. Beliczay Competition and the CIMA – International Music Competition, where she received awards. She was honored by the Mayor of Bratislava and reached the finals of Slovensko má talent in 2008.
She successfully toured the USA and Switzerland, representing Slovakia in Milan, Berlin, and Vienna. As a soloist, she performed with the Slovak Philharmonic, playing concerts by M. Bruch and F. Mendelssohn Bartholdy.
Between 2015 and 2018, she participated in the Einklang project, and in 2019, she was a member of the Slovak Youth Orchestra. In the same year, she was admitted to the Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst Wien.
In the field of singing, she received awards in competitions such as Blue Note and Nové tváre slovenského jazzu. In 2022, she won the international Házy Erzsébet competition in the musical category, and in 2023, she triumphed in the Slovak round of the K-pop World Festival. Together with Roman Patkolo and Anikó Patkolo, she released the album Trio Patkolo – Astor Piazzolla and is the leader of the chamber ensemble Patkolo Ensemble Amoroso.
